What is Brand Detective?

Brand detectives affiliated with the WPYB system are individuals who have received the necessary training, possess sufficient knowledge and expertise in intellectual property law, and are deemed competent by us in conducting investigations and gathering evidence through accurate and complete infringement reports.

In exceptional cases, the infringement reports submitted by brand detectives may be subject to additional review and verification by expert brand detectives.
